DOGE, IV3, Stacey Abrams, and us
Securing the Future of U.S. Elections

Hi Friend -
Thank you for taking a minute to read this note. Lots to share.
First, I want you to know that we are still firing on all cylinders here at True the Vote: supporting activists nationwide (and increasingly, worldwide), pressing in on our lawsuits, developing new trainings and tools, girding up for Wisconsin’s Supreme Court election, and methodically continuing to advance the cause of election integrity. We’re fired up! Nationally, globally, freedom is making a comeback. But, the battle is far from over … so let’s roll.
A Call for DOGE to Audit the Voter Rolls
The Department of Governmental Efficiency (DOGE) just uncovered millions of false records in the Social Security database—proving that even the most entrenched government systems are riddled with errors. If those ghosts exist in Social Security, how many are haunting our voter rolls?
We are calling on DOGE to bring that same scrutiny to election records. Voter rolls are a mess—our own research has found over 25 million ineligible registrations nationwide. Now, with DOGE’s access to federal databases, coupled with our aggregation of state voter rolls, already crosswalked and normalized (code posted on GitHub), we have a real chance to expose and correct these inaccuracies once and for all. I predict the number will be far greater than 25 million.
How Can You Help? We’ve already reached out to DOGE. Next week we will launch a petition and a plan. Please be on the lookout for the notification we’ll send in email and on social media!
Nothing Replaces Citizen Engagement … enter IV3
Let’s say that DOGE does the audit 👆. What happens from there? Without a plan, very little. DOGE can’t compel states to take action, but voters can. Enter IV3.

If you don’t remember IV3 - last year, thousands of volunteers came together over a seven month period to research and report over 1,000,000 inaccurate voter records across thousands of counties nationwide. This platform gives you the opportunity to review your local voter rolls and file notifications of inaccurate records with your jurisdiction, according to your state’s standards for voter challenges.
Right now we are still aggregating all the voter rolls from the 2024 election. Then, we will compare the current rolls with the challenged records that were submitted by the thousands of folks using IV3 last summer, to determine if there were changes in voter record status. Next, we will begin again, with weekly conference calls and research groups, all in the interest of raising awareness and forcing accountability. DOGE and IV3 - bring on the sunshine!
Stopping the Slush Fund
You may have read in the news that several Stacey Abrams’s linked non-profit organizations allegedly had billions of taxpayer dollars earmarked for them. Her groups aren’t the only ones… more will continue to be brought to light, but since Abrams’ group, Fair Fight, is suing us, I’d like to share a few thoughts. The Fair Fight lawsuit was filed against True the Vote back in 2020. In 2024, we won in the Northern District of Georgia Court, receiving a complete defense verdict. Fair Fight then appealed. We are now slated for oral arguments this summer in the 11th Circuit. What are we arguing about? Voters’ rights in challenging inaccurate voter records. We helped citizens across Georgia file challenges. Within days of our announcement of the project, Stacey Abrams, Marc Elias, and Fair Fight sued, with the DOJ joining in, too.

Ours is a landmark case and well worth the fight, but to date it has cost True the Vote over $1 million in legal fees. The only reason we have been able to stay standing is because of your support. Meanwhile, our opponents have been able to blanket themselves with dozens of attorneys (and the Biden DOJ, but that’s another story) who are experts at draining time and resources, while American taxpayers pay their bills. Thrilled to see this exposed and ending!
But wait, there’s more. Have you heard about this?
A former Democrat top operative, fed up with the corruption she saw within the Democrat Party, has gone public to expose how they spend their money. Take a listen to this…
That’s right, the DNC allegedly gave the Pennsylvania Democrat Party $25 million for a slush fund of “street money” to pay ward leaders for … she doesn’t say, but based on what we saw in 2020 with respect to ballot dropboxes and the money trail, we have have a hunch.
Election Integrity is Achievable!
We cannot let up. We are fighting every day - and we need your help to keep pushing forward. Your support fuels the movement to demand transparency, accountability, and election integrity.

For too long, our country has been forced to accept an unacceptable standard of performance. But now, we have a real opportunity to uncover the truth. Please help us continue this critical work, exposing corruption, fighting in court, and pushing for the reforms we so desperately need.
Together, we can restore trust in our elections. The time is now.
Keep the faith. Never quit. Ephesians 6 #FTW
Ever Onward -

P.S. One more ask for support. To give you an example of our expenses, just this week we spent over $75,000 in data and development for IV3. Your donations truly are what keep us going. Please consider giving whatever you feel led to contribute, however you feel led to contribute it - online, by mail, stock transfer - it all helps (and remember, it’s tax-deductible. :)) Thank you!!
