Georgia State Election Board Dismisses True the Vote Litigation

Vote. Serve. Pray.

Today, the Georgia State Election Board dismissed all pending litigation involving True the Vote, effectively bringing an end to a legal dispute that never should have begun.

For the past four years, True the Vote sent data, documents, research, and formal complaints for the State’s review.  Yet the only investigation that ever occurred was aimed not at our evidence, but at us. This unprecedented move diverted attention from the core issue: ensuring transparency and accountability in elections.

While True the Vote welcomes the dismissal of this case, the broader implications remain concerning. Actions like these can have a chilling effect on civic engagement and the willingness of citizens to raise legitimate concerns. No organization or individual should face legal action simply for advocating for election integrity.

Despite the challenges, True the Vote remains committed to our mission. We will continue to stand for transparency, accountability, and the right of every citizen to participate in a fair and honest electoral process.

Thank you to everyone who supported us through this odyssey in lawfare. Today, we won.

Ever onward.
