Together, we have all built a trusted core of believers in truth and liberty. Beginning in June, we will begin the “Steady Watchmen” campaign!
Theme: Quiet strength. Diligent presence. Prepared for the good fight for liberty.
Goal: Educate. Empower. Engage.
Here is what to expect:
- June: Preparing for 2026: Actions to take during off-years
- July: Faithful Stewardship in Unfaithful Times: Boldly stand in truth
- August: Know Your State: Preparing for your elections
What does Steady Watchmen mean and why is it important?
In every “off-year” between elections, the trend is a common one: “The election is over. Time to sit back, relax, and wait until next year.”
We simply cannot do this.
When we disengage from the process, we lose out on so much:
- What legislation is being quietly passed?
- How are local elections and midterms shaping our daily lives?
- Which civic relationships can we build on?
- How can we educate fellow citizens about their rights and the importance of voting in “smaller” elections?
- Where can we get involved to ensure we don’t become complacent again?
While national elections may not dominate the headlines, these quieter periods are crucial for grassroots engagement and preparation. Your action is critical.
Next week, we will expand on how to prepare for this summer’s exciting campaign and the various ways you can begin, starting with getting rid of limiting beliefs: “I don’t have time”. “I don’t know enough.” “I don’t know enough people to develop a team”…you get the drift. It’s time to lift yourself up!
You are a steady watchman. You have come this far. You are bold, faithful, and here for such a time as this.
“Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers…” - Acts 20:28
