Months later, still no charges in Missouri voter fraud case

17th of November 2015

How many cases of voter fraud cease to exist simply because prosecutors don’t consider them a priority or don’t have resources to pursue them?

A Missouri woman who records show voted twice in an April election still hasn’t been charged, and may not be:

“Greene County Prosecutor Dan Patterson said his office is continuing to review the case but it has taken a back seat to others because the suspect doesn’t pose a threat to the community… Patterson said he expects his office will make a decision on whether or not to prosecute the woman in the coming weeks.”
