True the Vote Comment on Gov. Wolf and Secretary of State Boockvar’s Attempts to Deny Pennsylvania Voters a Transparent and Open Process

HOUSTON, Texas – True the Vote Founder and President Catherine Engelbrecht released the following statement regarding Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of State Kathryn Boockvar’s attempts to deny Pennsylvania voters from access to the poll lists to determine if there were illegal votes.

“Governor Wolf and Secretary Boockvar are trying to deny Pennsylvania voters access to basic facts that will prove whether or not illegal ballots were counted in the Pennsylvania presidential election. Given the numerous, credible witness accounts and reports of illegal activity surrounding the election, Pennsylvania’s elected officials should welcome a transparent and open process in this matter. Their claim of no standing has no basis and we will fight this allegation and continue to move forward in our litigation to provide recourse to the Pennsylvania voters whose votes deserve to be counted and not diluted by illegally counted votes.”

On November 11, True the Vote filed a federal lawsuit against Pennsylvania Gov. Wolf and Secretary of State Boockvar to contest illegal ballots that were counted in the recent elections. The lawsuit alleges that evidence exists to cast sufficient doubt on the current results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania, based on illegal votes cast in the four counties of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, and Allegheny, which dilute the voters’ lawful votes.
