An Election Commission investigation found that the defendants had registered in good faith with the belief that they did reside in the district in which they registered. The Commission found that had the Registrar's office been more thorough and done their diligence, it would have found that the addresses provided were not within the required district and the voter registrations/voting would not have occurred.||Not charged||http://seec.ct.gov/e2casebase/data/fd/FD_2010_073.pdf|
