The fraudulent voters allegedly lied on their absentee ballot forms, falsely claiming to live within the Lovejoy city limits at the time they cast their votes. Wisconsin Kendall L. Craker M 2009-08 Ineligible felon voting Registration Fraud 2 Kendall L. Craker was accused of voting as a felon. Texas Martin Perez M Martin Perez was not formally charged with anything and the case was dismissed because there was insufficient evidence to prosecute.
Washington Donald Slipper M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Connecticut Angela Harwood F Registration Fraud A complaint was made that Richard Murray, Neill Bovaird, Kelly Way, Nancy Pilon, Janelle Rooks, M. Samantha Geiger, Amy Bovaird, Peter Nygard, Shannon Nygard and Angela Harwood were registered and in some cases voted in a place where they did not reside. An Election Commission investigation found that the defendants had registered in good faith with the belief that they did reside in the district in which they registered. The Commission found that had the Registrar's office been more thorough and done their diligence, it would have found that the addresses provided were not within the required district and the voter registrations/voting would not have occurred. Iowa Unknown impersonator F 2012 Special Impersonation 1 Someone impersonated a Linn County woman and cast a fraudulent ballot in her name in a 2012 special election. That vote was counted. The woman who was impersonated later showed up at the polls and was given a provisional ballot. There was no way to identify the impersonator. Georgia Talbot County Registrar's Office Absentee Ballot Fraud The Talbot County Registrar's Office was accused of sending out ballots to elderly voters who did not request them. $200 fine, cease and desist order and public reprimand
Georgia Doyle Stone Greg Stone M 2008 Primary Absentee/Mail Voter intimidation/coercion Former Twiggs County Sheriff Doyle Stone and his son, Greg Stone, were investigated for mishandling absentee ballots in Greg Stone’s 2008 primary campaign for sheriff. Absentee voters complained that Doyle Stone coerced them into voting for Greg Stone, and then took their ballots rather than allow them to be mailed in. Greg Stone lost the election by a wide margin.
