Kentucky Earl Young Naomi Johnson Jackie Jennings M 2010 Primary Vote buying Three Jackson residents (Naomi Johnson, Jackie Jennings and Earl Young) were involved in a vote buying scheme in a 2010 magistrate’s race where they tried to control the outcome of the primary election. Johnson and Young were found guilty at trial and sentenced to four months in prison for conspiring to buy votes and vote buying. North Carolina Robert Dean Hudson M 2016-11 General Ineligible felon voting 1 Robert Dean Hudson, who was was convicted of a felony in September 2016 and sentenced to probation, illegally cast a ballot in the 2016 general election during early voting on Oct. 20. Massachusetts Richard Suchocki Mark Atlas M 2013-11 Worcester municipal 2013-12 Illegal assistance 1 0 Richard Suchocki admitted to helping Mark Atlas commit impersonation voter fraud in the Nov. 5, 2013 Worcester municipal election by providing Atlas with the name and address of another registered voter, but Suchocki died in 2014.before being convicted.
