Charged with signature fraud. Washington Alfred Parker M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Teresa Ruiz) D Absentee/mail Impersonation Forgery Jonathon Kowalski, John Fernandez, and Edwin Cruz were each charged with conspiracy (2nd degree), election fraud (2nd degree), absentee ballot fraud (3rd degree), tampering with public records or information (3rd degree), and forgery (4th degree). Kowalski works in fund-raising at the North Ward Center, and Cruz and Fernandez both work for the Essex County Department of Economic Development. Testimony indicated ballots were opened, and those ballots cast against Small were destroyed. Harris was charged with 1 count of Conspiracy, 4 counts of Election Fraud, 1 count of Absentee Ballot Fraud, 1 count of Tampering With Public Records 1 count of Falsifying Records and 1 count of Forgery. Pleaded guilty to 1 count and all other charges were dropped. Under the plea agreement, sentenced to 181 days in the Atlantic County Justice Facility and 3 years of probation. Wisconsin Mark S. Demet M 2011 2012 Recall D 2012 Petition fraud Forgery Identity fraud 9 0 Mark S. Demet pleaded* guilty to two counts of election fraud after admitting to forging at least seven names on petitions to recall Republican state senator Van Wanggaard in 2011 and 2012. In exchange for his plea, Racine County prosecutors agreed to drop seven charges of identity fraud. Prosecutors in Kenosha County agreed not to charge Demet with similar offenses there.
