Charges: 3 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or elections and 3 counts of submission of false voter registration information.

From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. North Carolina Ross "Toogie" Banner Carlos Hood Anita Moore Valerie Moore Wayne Shatley M 2002-11 General R 2003-07 Vote Buying Ross "Toogie" Banner was convicted on charges of buying Republican votes for the 2002 general election in Caldwell County. He was reportedly securing votes for Gary Clark, the Republican candidate for Sheriff. Connecticut Andrew N. Patrick M 2008-11 Presidential Multiple Voting The City of New Haven Registrar of Voters brought a complaint against Andrew N. Patrick alleging that he voted twice in the 2008 Presidential election. The Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded that the matter should be dismissed. Utah 5 Raddon family members 2006 Sheriff Registration Fraud Five Raddon family members, were among more than 50 people in Utah's Daggett County, who were accused in connection with a 2006 election for sheriff.
