Gonzalez of Paterson; Juana A. Gil of Paterson; Octavio A. Dominguez of Elmwood Park; Dalila Rodriguez of Paterson, Wilson A. Torres of Paterson, and Loudes Inoa of Paterson were charged with third-degree voter fraud and third-degree tampering with public records. Jose Ramon Ruiz of Prospect Park, Inocencio Jimenez of Paterson; Lucia A. Guzman of Paterson; Ana Vely-Gomez of Paterson; and Belkis M. Cespedes of Paterson were arrested on charges of second- and third-degree voter fraud and third-degree tampering with public record. Ricardo A. Fermin-Cepeda of Paterson, was charged with second- and third-degree voter fraud and third-degree tampering with public records but is currently a fugitive. The defendants all allegedly acted as bearers/messengers for mail-in (absentee) ballots. Ohio John Jackson M 2000-11 Presidential R Absentee Ballot Fraud 6 John Jackson, a Republican member of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections was charged with five counts of tampering with ballots, and one count of misconduct of an employee of the board of elections. Jackson was accused of changing residents' votes when he went to assist nursing home residents vote. The Supreme Court ruled that unsealed secret ballots could be used as evidence against him, but the case was ultimately dismissed because of the death of the witness. Washington Kelly Connally 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Admitted that he sold his vote in 1996 for $500. Charged with accepting money for voting.
