Iowa Tehvedin Murgic M 2010 2012 Ineligible felon voting Non-citizen voting 2 1 Tehvedin Murgic pleaded* guilty to a misdemeanor election misconduct charge after admitting to registering to vote and casting a ballot in 2010, despite being a felon and not a U.S. citizen. He said he had not read the section of the voter registration form that includes the affirmations of citizenship and criminal records. West Virginia Dallas Toler M 2012-04 Primary 2013-10 Registration fraud - ineligible felon 1 0 Dallas Toler was charged in federal court with one count of voter registration fraud for falsifing a voter application for the 2012 primary election while serving as Mingo County Chief Magistrate. Oregon Paul Frankel M 2001-11 Petition Fraud Paul Frankel gathered signatures for five different initiative petitions, but misled voters about their content and effect, forged signatures, gathered signatures from non-voters, and duplicated signatures. Charged with signature fraud. Washington Alfred Parker M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged.
