Morris M 2002 2004 2006 R 2009-07 Vote Buying Circuit Court Judge Cletus Maricle, and seven others (Douglas C. Adams, Freddy W. Thompson, Stanley Bowling, Charles Wayne Jones, William Stivers, William Bart Morris and Debra L. Morris) were convicted in 2010 in a massive vote-buying scheme that ran through several elections. After a seven-week trial, the defendants were convicted on various charges they faced, which included vote-buying, mail fraud, extortion and money laundering. Several convicted major drug dealers testified during the trial about how easy it was to spread many thousands of dollars around to buy votes. In 2010 sentenced to 12 years and 6 months in prison. Washington Dustin Shane Collings (a.k.a. Dustin Ocoilain) M 2004-11 2005-06 Multiple Voting Ineligible felon voting Absentee/Mail 1 Dustin Shane Collings, a homeless Seattle resident, was accused of voting two absentee ballots by using an alias to register multiple times. He had also been convicted of a felony and was therefore ineligible to vote. Connecticut Robin Moayed-Amini F 2008-11 Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting 1 A complaint was brought a complaint against Robin Moayed-Amini by someone who said Moayed-Amini fraudulently used her address to register to vote. A fraudulent registration was submitted, but it could not be proved that Moayed-Amini had submitted it, consequently, the Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded that the matter should be dismissed. Ohio Rebecca Hammonds Ohio Organizing Collaborative F 2015 2016-05 Registration fraud Forgery 35 0 Rebecca Hammonds was indicted on 35 felony voter fraud charges - 32 counts of false voter registration and three counts of false signatures - as part of a scheme to create false voter registration documents for 35 people in Columbiana County in 2015. Connecticut Michael Mele M Absentee Ballot Fraud A complaint was made that Michael Mele didn't return a list of people to whom he gave absentee ballot applications. No further action taken on complaint.
Illinois Kenneth Davison Jerry Knight M D 2008-08 Petition Fraud Perjury Forgery 11 Kenneth Davison and Jerry Knight were working for Democratic state Sen. Terry Link in 2007. Indictments alleged that both men forged signatures and included dead voters on the nominating petition. Charged with 9 counts of perjury and 2 counts of forgery. Pleaded guilty to nine counts of perjury for signing a sworn statement on petitions that signatures were legitimate. Texas Jean Ratliff F Case declined for prosecution. Jean Ratliff was mailed a letter. No new violations were reported. Statue of limitations expired.
Washington Dennine Robertson F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged.
