Texas Oralia Fausto Absentee Ballot Fraud Petition Fraud Oralia Fausto was reported to have been a part of a voting scheme with four others, where he illegally voted via mail-in ballot, as well as registered fake names to vote throughout Starr County, Texas. Fausto completed a pretrial diversion and the charges were dismissed.

Pennsylvania Unknown suspect 2016-10 General Registration fraud A suspected case of voter fraud is under investigation in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Someone filed fraudulent applications changing the political affiliation of two Frackville residents from Republican to Democratic, state police said. The changes became known when new voter registration cards were received Oct. 21 by the residents, a man and woman from New Ringgold. Connecticut Sarah Kopman-Fried F 2008-11 General Absentee/Mail An investigation by the Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission determined that Kopman-Fried did not provide information about herself as required by law, including her signature, when she completed and signed an absentee ballot application on behalf of another person. Additionally, Kopman-Fried signed the application on behalf of her friend, in violation of the law.
