Clancy was accused of submitting multiple voter registration applications for the same individuals, and also was part of a scheme in which he and other Special Registration Deputies registered each other to vote multiple times in order to meet voter registration quotas imposed by ACORN. Wisconsin Michael Henderson M 2008-11 General 2010 Ineligible felon voting Registration fraud - ineligible felon 2 1 Michael Henderson of Milwaukee was convicted of Voting by a Disqualified Person (Felon), a Class I felony, for illegally registering at the polls and voting on November 4, 2008. A second felony charge of Providing False Information to an Election Official was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes. Wisconsin Endalyn Adams (CVP employee) 2010 Registration fraud 1 0 Endalyn Adams pleaded guilty to Falsely Procuring Voter Registration as party to a crime (Felony Class I). Adams was a special registration deputy who solicited voter registrations while working for the Community Voter Project. Wisconsin Adam Mucklin (CVP employee) M 2010 Registration fraud 2 0 Adam Mucklin pleaded guilty to Providing False Information to Election Official (Felony Class I) and Intentional Violation of Election Duty (Felony Class I). Mucklin illegally registered himself to vote, and also registered others as a special registration deputy working for CVP, while he was a convicted felon on active supervision. Both charges were amended to attempted offenses, making each misdemeanors (attempt to commit a Class I felony). Wisconsin Troy A. Schiller M 2016-04 Primary 2016-07 Multiple voting 1 1 Troy Schiller was charged with felony voter fraud for voting twice in the April 2016 primary election, once in Pittsville where he was registered to vote, and once in Dexter where he voted via same day registration.
