Washington Shonny Wainhouse 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Florida Gladys Coego F 2016 2016-10 Absentee/Mail Gladys Coego, a temporary worker for the county elections department, was tasked with opening envelopes sent by Miami-Dade County voters with their completed mail ballots. She was arrested after co-workers caught her illegally marking ballots.
