Connecticut Alexandra Penfold F 2009-11 Ineligible district voting A complaint was brought against Alexandra Penfold alleging that she was not a bona fide resident when she voted in North Haven in 2009. The Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded that Penfold had legitimate, significant, and continuing connections to the claimed residence even while transiently relocating as she intended to return, and did return. Washington Sheri Tilley F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Missouri Bobbie Jean Cheeks 2006 Registration Fraud Bobbie Jean Cheeks was one of eight individuals from ACORN’s Project Vote affiliate, investigated by the FBI and arrested in 2007 for violation of election laws. Iowa Jason Rawlin M 2012-08 Registration fraud - ineligible felon 1 Jason Rawlin, a convicted felon, pleaded* guilty to misdemeanor fraudulent practices after being charged with felony election misconduct for registering to vote in August 2012 while an ineligible felon. Under the state’s motor-voter program, license applicants are asked if they’d like to register to vote.
