Indiana Armondo Vera M Absentee Ballot Fraud Impersonation Ineligible district voting 3 Armondo Vera, a Parks Department employee, was charged as part of a fraud case brought by the Lake County Joint Voter Task Force that ultimately overturned the result of the 2003 East Chicago Democratic mayoral primary. Vera was charged with 1 count of fraudulent application for ballots, 1 count voting in other precinct, and 1 count of voting in false name. Vera pleaded guilty to voting in other precinct, a felony. Other counts dismissed. 6 months in the department of corrections and 13 months probation
Florida Joann Snelson F 2010 Registration fraud 20 Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 10 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or elections and 10 counts of submission of false voter registration information.
