Connecticut Sheila M. O'Malley F 2006-08 2006-11 Primary General Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting A complaint was brought against Sheila M. O'Malley with the State of Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission. O'Malley was accused of not being registered properly for two elections. The first case was because of a mistake in her address. In the second case, O'Malley had moved to a home within the same district but did not update her registration. Connecticut Mitchell Robles M Absentee Ballot Fraud Vote Buying Mitchell Robles,an agent of a political party, was accused of taking possession of an absentee ballot, being present when an absente ballot was executed and compensating someone a dollar for helping another person with an absentee ballot. The Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigated, but was unable to obtain sufficient evidence, so the complaint was dismissed. Utah 35 unknown individuals in Dagget County, UT 2006 Sheriff Registration Fraud 1 35 unknown individuals were among more than 50 people in in Utah's Daggett County, who were accused in connection with a 2006 election for sheriff. Indiana Christopher Lopez M 2003 East Chicago Democratic mayoral primary D 2005 Ineligible district voting 4 Christopher Lopez was charged as part of a fraud case brought by the Lake County Joint Voter Task Force that ultimately overturned the result of the 2003 East Chicago Democratic mayoral primary. Son of contractor and "political insider" Mickey Lopez and brother of Michael Lopez. Charged with 3 counts voting in other precinct, 1 count unauthorized entries at polls. Pleaded guilty to unauthorized entries at polls, a misdemeanor. Washington Tuta Michaelson 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged.
