After a seven-week trial, the defendants were convicted on various charges they faced, which included vote-buying, mail fraud, extortion and money laundering. Several convicted major drug dealers testified during the trial about how easy it was to spread many thousands of dollars around to buy votes.||In 2010 sentenced to 12 years and 6 months in prison. Kluck was convicted and sentenced for the offense of identity theft. He was placed on probation. As part of the probation agreement, he was not allowed to vote. According to Dakota County Auditor's records, Kluck voted Nov. 4, 2008, while still on probation. |Michigan||Donald Joseph Disimone||M||2000-11||General||2001||Multiple Voting||1||Donald Joseph Disimone was accused of casting two votes in the 2000 general election. The prosecution accused him of intentionally doing it.
