Texas Multiple political operatives 2012 2016 Multiple Absentee/Mail Illegal assistance Forgery An investigation into what is allegedly the largest voter fraud operation in Texas history, involving at least 20,000 fraudulently-harvested mail ballots, is underway in Tarrant County. At least two races were apparently won through voter fraud: State Rep. Ramon Romero Jr. (D–Fort Worth) and Fort Worth Mayor Pro Tem Sal Espino. Espino won his race by a twenty-six vote margin in an election in which 450 votes were fraudulently harvested. Virginia 17 Fairfax County voters 2012-11 General 2014-08 Multiple voting 17 17 individuals who appear to have voted in both Fairfax County and various localities in Maryland during the 2012 General Election, and in some cases, multiple federal elections over the last decade, were referred to the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney, the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia and the federal Department of Justice for investigation of possible voter fraud. http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/news/2014/voter-fraud-investigation.htm
Pennsylvania FieldWorks employee(s) 2016 General D Registration fraud Pennsylvania state police raided the Delaware County office of FieldWorks LLC seeking evidence of possible voter-registration fraud. In a warrant filed in October 2016 in County Court, investigators said they were seeking documents, financial information, and lists of employees at the Norwood office of FieldWorks LLC, a national organization that does political work for Democrats. Texas Oralia Fausto Absentee Ballot Fraud Petition Fraud Oralia Fausto was reported to have been a part of a voting scheme with four others, where he illegally voted via mail-in ballot, as well as registered fake names to vote throughout Starr County, Texas. Fausto completed a pretrial diversion and the charges were dismissed.
Texas Paulito Nilo 2008 Municipal Ineligible felon voting 1 1 Paulito Nilo pleaded* guilty toone count of illegal voting for voting while an ineligible felon (TEC 64.012) in the 2008 municipal election.
