Connecticut David Aldarondo M D Aldarondo was accused of neglecting to provide information about himself required by law, such as his signature, when assisting people with absentee ballot applications while campaigning door-to-door as a candidate for state representative in a Democratic primary. Civil penalty of $500 and ordered to comply with the law in the future.
California Lisa Marrone F 2016-09 California Valley CSD 2016-09 5 1 Lisa Marrone, a member of the California Valley Community Services District Board of Directors, was charged with felony election fraud, including voter registration fraud, fraudulent voting on election day, filing a false declaration of candidacy document, perjury by declaration, and offering a false instrument for recording, by the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office. Georgia Charlie Mack Wooten Olivia Pearson James Curtis Hicks Evelyn Griffin M 2012-11 General 2016-05 Illegal assistance Charlie Mack Wooten, Douglas Mayor Pro-Tem Olivia Pearson, James Curtis Hicks, and Evelyn Griffin were charged with voter fraud during the November 2012 General Election. An investigation conducted by the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office revealed that Pearson, Wooten, Hicks and Griffin illegally provided assistance to voters who were not physically disabled or illiterate.
