De Pere reported that a 17-year-old certified he was old enough to vote. The clerk's office also learned of five other teens who voted around the area. The county clerk says poll workers did not look at the age on the IDs of some of the students. Pennsylvania Sean C. Stevens (election official) M 2008-11 General 2009-02 Sean C. Stevens, a poll worker, was accused of reaching into a voting booth and changing someone's vote in the 2008 general election. Stevens reportedly admitted that he put a plank over the back of the booth so he could reach in and help people, but denied that he changed someone's vote who didn't want help. Charged with interference with primaries/ elections. Case dismissed; defendant deceased. Missouri Carmen Davis F 2007-01 Registration Fraud Four individuals working for ACORN on a voter registration drive were indicted on Federal charges of filing false voter registration applications.
