Indiana Armondo Vera M Absentee Ballot Fraud Impersonation Ineligible district voting 3 Armondo Vera, a Parks Department employee, was charged as part of a fraud case brought by the Lake County Joint Voter Task Force that ultimately overturned the result of the 2003 East Chicago Democratic mayoral primary. Vera was charged with 1 count of fraudulent application for ballots, 1 count voting in other precinct, and 1 count of voting in false name. Vera pleaded guilty to voting in other precinct, a felony. Other counts dismissed. 6 months in the department of corrections and 13 months probation

Connecticut David Aldarondo M D Aldarondo was accused of neglecting to provide information about himself required by law, such as his signature, when assisting people with absentee ballot applications while campaigning door-to-door as a candidate for state representative in a Democratic primary. Civil penalty of $500 and ordered to comply with the law in the future.
