Florida Liltovia Rhodes F 2010 Registration fraud 55 In Miami, Florida, former ACORN voter registration canvassers Maurice Childress, Kashawn John, Liltovia Rhodes, Carlos Torres, Evangeline Williams, Lilkevia Williams, and Richard Williams, were all convicted of “false swearing in an election.” Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 27 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or elections and 28 counts of submission of false voter registration information. Washington Dan Millikan M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Mississippi Jerry Huck Childers M 2007 Democratic primary, Runoff Vote Buying 3 Jerry Huck Childers was charged with 1 count of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, 1 count of bribery and 1 count of voter fraud in a vote buying scheme. Pleaded guilty to voter fraud. Connecticut Andrew N. Patrick M 2008-11 Presidential Multiple Voting The City of New Haven Registrar of Voters brought a complaint against Andrew N. Patrick alleging that he voted twice in the 2008 Presidential election. The Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded that the matter should be dismissed. Connecticut Liz Piel F 2009-11 D Absentee/Mail An investigation by the Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission determined that Piel violated rules related to distributing unsolicited absentee ballot applications.
