Wisconsin Marcie Malszycki F General R 2014-01 Ineligible district voting 2 2 Marcie R. Malszycki pleaded* guilty to illegally voting in the wrong district in 2010. Under the plea agreement, a second count involving another vote cast in the wrong district in 2008 was dismissed. Malszycki, a legislative aide to state Rep. Warren Petryk (R-Eleva), was charged with voting in Onalaska, where she temporarily lived while doing campaign work, instead of in Madison where she resided. Colorado David Harold Shackley M 2008 2009 R Multiple voting 1 2 David Harold Shackley was found guilty of voting twice, a misdemeanor, in county elections in 2008 and 2009. Shackley voted early in one county, and then by mail in another. Despite having been warned against voting multiple times after the 2008 election, he did so again in 2009. Virginia Adam Dustin Ward M 2011-12 Republican primary R 2013 Petition fraud Perjury 42 0 Adam Dustin Ward pleaded* guilty in Augusta County Circuit Court to 18 counts of false statement on required form and 18 counts of perjury (falsely swearing an oath) in connection with a Dec. 2011 incident. Ward worked for election contractor Stillwater LLC, which was enlisted to obtain signatures on campaign petitions for Republican candidate Newt Gingrich in Virginia's 2012 presidential primary. Accused of absentee ballot fraud in connection with 2008 and 2009 mayoral races. Charged with 1 count conspiracy, 4 counts election fraud, 1 count absentee ballot fraud, 1 count tampering with public records or information, 1 count falsifying records, 1 count forgery, and 1 count hindering apprehension or prosecution in connection with Small's 2009 campaign; 1 count in connection with a 2008 mayoral campaign. As part of a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to 1 count related to the 2008 election and 1 count related to the 2009 election. Ward worked for election contractor Stillwater LLC, which was enlisted to obtain signatures on campaign petitions for Republican candidate Newt Gingrich in Virginia's 2012 presidential primary. A number of people who signed the petitions did not live at the addresses listed. Ward pleaded guilty in June 2013 to 36 similar charges filed by Augusta County. Massachusetts Jack Villamaino (East Longmeadow Selectman) Courtney Llewellyn M 2012-09 Republican primary R 2012-10 Registration fraud Absentee/Mail 12 285 Courtney Llewellyn pleaded guilty to voter fraud charges in Hampden Superior Court. Llewellyn was accused of conspiring with former East Longmeadow Selectman Jack Villamaino in a scheme to change the party affiliations of hundreds of voters to help his chances of winning the Republican Primary. Villamaino was running for State Representative at the time. He pleaded guilty to similar charges last month and sentenced to four months in jail. Llewellyn pleaded guilty to a lesser misdemeanor charge and will serve a of year probation. Four of the charges were "continued without a finding." Those charges include larceny, forgery and felony counts of interfering with an election official. She has been ordered to do community service. Villamaino pleaded guilty in Hampden County Superior Court to charges of larceny under $250, interfering with an election official, four counts of forgery of a document, four counts of perjury, and conspiracy to commit an unlawful act. Virginia Jennifer Derrebery Adam Dustin Ward F 2011-12 Republican primary R Petition Fraud Perjury Forgery 2 0 Jennifer Derrebery, of Bassett, pleaded* guilty in Augusta County to felony counts of election fraud and perjury after falsifying hundreds of signatures on campaign petitions for Republican candidate Newt Gingrich in Virginia's 2012 presidential primary. Derrebery, working for election contractor Stillwater LLC, submitted signed and notarized forms to the Virginia Board of Elections containing roughly 400 signatures - nearly all of them fraudulent.
