Morris M 2002 2004 2006 D 2009-07 Vote Buying Circuit Court Judge Cletus Maricle, and seven others (Douglas C. Adams, Freddy W. Thompson, Stanley Bowling, Charles Wayne Jones, William Stivers, William Bart Morris and Debra L. Morris) were convicted in 2010 in a massive vote-buying scheme that ran through several elections. After a seven-week trial, the defendants were convicted on various charges they faced, which included vote-buying, mail fraud, extortion and money laundering. Several convicted major drug dealers testified during the trial about how easy it was to spread many thousands of dollars around to buy votes. In 2010 sentenced to 20 years in prison. Connecticut Elizabeth Acampora F Multiple Voting A complaint was made that Elizabeth Acampora voted by absentee ballot and in person during the same election in the town of East Haven, Connecticut. What seemed like a double vote turned out to a coding error by the clerk who entered information into a computerized central voter registry list. The complaint was dismissed. Dismissed

Pennsylvania David Patrick Duffy M 2010-02 Registration Fraud 6 David Patrick Duffy told investigators that his job was to register voters on the street. He was supposed to register 15 voters per day or he would be fired. To avoid termination, Duffy filled out voter registration forms for unknowing people and falsified their information. Washington Derek Wilson M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged.
