Christopher Williams also faces an obstruction of justice charge. All of these charges are felonies. Washington Brent Cole M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Alabama Venustiano Hernandez-Hernandez M Multiple Non-citizen voting Registration fraud 5 Venustiano Hernandez-Hernandez, a Mexican citizen living illegally in Alabama since the 1970s under a stolen identity, pleaded guilty in 2012 to federal Social Security fraud charges, and records show he committed voter fraud as well. Nevada Tina Marie Parks F 2016-06 Primary 2016-07 Registration fraud 11 0 Tina Marie Parks was charged with 11 felony counts for falsifiying party affiliations while registering voters on behalf of Engagae Nevada before the June 2016 Nevada primary. Parks was charged with four counts of perjury for allegedly signing four registration forms for herself on which she attests she had no felony conviction or other loss of civil rights that would make it unlawful for her to vote. Ohio Kevin Duffy M 2008-11 General Ineligible district voting Registration fraud - ineligible district 1 1 Kevin Duffy, a Connecticut resident, pleaded* guilty to attempted false voter registration in Ohio in the 2008 presidential election.
