At least nine absentee ballots were fraudulently filled out, including multiple false or duplicate addresses and illegal notarizations without voters present. Iowa Unknown impersonator F 2012 Special Impersonation 1 Someone impersonated a Linn County woman and cast a fraudulent ballot in her name in a 2012 special election. That vote was counted. The woman who was impersonated later showed up at the polls and was given a provisional ballot. There was no way to identify the impersonator. New Hampshire Corrisa Ann Charles F 2008-11 General Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigated Corrisa Ann Charles because she reportedly registered and voted for the first time on Election Day without photo identification, and the United States Post Office returned a verification letter sent to her address as undeliverable. Washington Donald Sullivan M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Connecticut Ana Molina F Registration Fraud Ana Molina worked for the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration as a voter registration officer. She was accused of falsifying voter registration cards. $5,000 fine, which was remitted to $700 because of her financial situation. Also ordered to send a letter of apology to the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration.
North Carolina Nancy Pasewicz Lever F 2008-11 Multiple Voting Absentee/mail 1 Nancy Pasewicz Lever was charged with voting twice, once with an absentee ballot and once in person. She then reportedly called a radio station to talk about it. It was reported that she was testing the system.
