New York Clement Campana Anthony DiFiglio William McInerney Anthony Renna John Brown Clement Campana Gary Galuski Michael LoPorto Ed McDonough Kevin McGrath M 2009-09 Working Families Party Primary D Absentee/mail Clement Campana, Troy City Council President, was indicted on five felonies and one misdemeanor for his allegedly defrauding voters during the 2009 Working Families Party primary. Campana was charged with four felony counts of illegal voting, one felony count of falsifying business records in the first degree as well as one count of conspiracy to promote or prevent election, a misdemeanor. He pled* not guilty to all charges in front of Judge George Pulver. The indictment states that Campana worked with other Democrats to conspire to help candidates win the primary. Many of the allegations involve talking voters into accepting and signing absentee ballot applications, and then filling in the rest of the application with fraudulent information like why the voter couldn't vote and then filing them with the Board of Elections. Campana turned down a deal that would have required him to plead guilty to a misdemeanor and serve 60 days of house arrest, said his attorney E. Stewart Jones, Three others pleaded guilty to felonies for their role in the scandal, including Councilman John Brown, who will likely spend six months in jail. http://www.saratogian.com/article/ST/20111221/NEWS/312219994

Illinois Jeannette Sims F 2008-11 2009-04 Registration Fraud Forgery Sims reportedly filed 10 fake voter registration cards before the November 2008 election. Sims was working with a voter registration drive sponsored by the Service Employees International Union. A handwriting expert examined the cards and determined that Sims filled out all 10 cards with fake addresses. Many of the registration cards were submitted with addresses that do not exist, while others bore the names of people who did not live at the addresses listed on the cards. Washington Donald Sullivan M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Virginia Mark Winfield Atwater 2007 2008 2013-04 Registration fraud - ineligible felon 1 0 In April 2013, a grand jury indicted Mark Winfield Atwater and five other convicted felons on charges of giving false statements when registering to vote. The registrations occurred in 2007 and 2008. The six were each indicted on a felony count of election fraud: Mark Winfield Atwater of Portsmouth; James Edward Dorsey of Portsmouth; Brenda Lee Harris of Virginia Beach; Tyrone Stith of Chesapeake; Lisa Charlotte White of Portsmouth; and Delphine Williams of Portsmouth.
