Washington Nathan Risen M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Hawaii Tiffany Edwards Hunt F 2012 2016-03 Registration fraud-ineligible district Ineligible district voting 1 1 Tiffany Edwards Hunt, a 2014 County Council District 5 candidate, was charged with voter fraud for violating Section 19-3.5, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, according to the office of the Hawai’i County Prosecuting Attorney. Edwards Hunt was accused of using her husband’s surf shop address in Pahoa instead of her home address in Hawaiian Acres over a five-year period from 2008 to 2013. The two addresses were located in different districts, allowing her the potential to vote in a district race that was not the one she lived in.
