Connecticut Liz Piel F 2009-11 D Absentee/Mail An investigation by the Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission determined that Piel violated rules related to distributing unsolicited absentee ballot applications. Washington Kimberlee Stanger F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Florida Cardel Bailey M 2009 Registration fraud 16 Cardel Bailey was accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 8 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or elections and 8 counts of submission of false voter registration information.
