Wisconsin Jenny Wanasek Caitlin B. Hancock F 2011-11 Recall 2013-03 Petition fraud 1 0 Jenny Wanasek, a petition circulator for the 2012 recall of Gov. Walker, pleaded* guilty to a misdemeanor for accepting forged petition signatures from Caitlin Haycock, who illegally signed her parents' names. Wanasek told Haycock she would have to turn away while Haycock signed her parents' names. Wanasek was sentenced to 40 hours of community service and fined $500 as conditions of a year's probation. Wisconsin Gladys Huber F OTHER Gladys Huber was accused of falsifying information pertaining to candidacy or nomination. She reportedly was a "fake" candidate for the Democratic party, hired by Republicans to ensure there would be a primary before the general election.
Wisconsin Marc P. Lacher M 1 Marc P. Lacher was alleged to have cast a ballot as an ineligible voter.
Wisconsin Yadira Colon F 2008 2009 D 2009-11 Absentee/mail Ineligible district voting Petition fraud 4 1 Yadira Colón pleaded* no contest to two counts of election fraud for forging signatures on nomination papers for Pedro Colón, then a Democratic member of the Wisconsin Assembly from Milwaukee, in 2009. Colón, a Voces De La Frontera volunteer, was also charged with illegally registering to vote and casting an absentee ballot in Milwaukee in 2008, listing an address in the city when she in fact resided in Oshkosh at the time. Prosecutors agreed to drop two charges, and Colón pleaded no contest to two others. Circuit Judge Dennis Moroney sentenced Colón to the 16 days she already spent in jail for one count, and to six months - suspended - on the second, with the condition of a year's probation, which he allowed to be transferred to Florida. *Pea deal: 16 days in jail (time served), plus 6 months (suspended) and 1 year probation (transferred to Florida) http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/news/174211971.html
Wisconsin Marcie Malszycki F General R 2014-01 Ineligible district voting 2 2 Marcie R. Malszycki pleaded* guilty to illegally voting in the wrong district in 2010. Under the plea agreement, a second count involving another vote cast in the wrong district in 2008 was dismissed. Malszycki, a legislative aide to state Rep. Warren Petryk (R-Eleva), was charged with voting in Onalaska, where she temporarily lived while doing campaign work, instead of in Madison where she resided. Wisconsin Kevin Clancy (ACORN employee) Maria Miles M 2008 General Registration fraud 1 0 Kevin Clancy of Milwaukee pleaded* guilty to one count of Falsely Procuring Voter Registration as Party to a Crime, felony election fraud arising out of his work for ACORN during the 2008 presidential election. Clancy was accused of submitting multiple voter registration applications for the same individuals, and also was part of a scheme in which he and other Special Registration Deputies registered each other to vote multiple times in order to meet voter registration quotas imposed by ACORN. Wisconsin Michael Henderson M 2008-11 General 2010 Ineligible felon voting Registration fraud - ineligible felon 2 1 Michael Henderson of Milwaukee was convicted of Voting by a Disqualified Person (Felon), a Class I felony, for illegally registering at the polls and voting on November 4, 2008. A second felony charge of Providing False Information to an Election Official was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
