Mississippi Adrian Garth According to the Public Integrity Division Case View PI-09-00081, Adrian Garth, manager of Aberdeen County Electric Department, was suspected of voter fraud. Texas Election contest: Letty Lopez v. Lupe Rivera 2013-11 Weslaco municipal D Election contest Ineligible district voting Absentee/mail 30 Letty Lopez successfully contested the November 2013 Weslaco City Commission election results after a year-and-a-half-long legal dispute with incumbent Lupe Rivera. A judge determined that at least 30 votes were illegally cast in the race, which was decided by just 16 votes in favor of Rivera. The illegal votes included multiple voters registered and voting where they didn't reside (including at Rivera's sister's home) and mail ballots requested and completed without voters' knowledge. Connecticut Hector Riollano M D Absentee/Mail Illegal Assistance Riollano, who assisted the Democratic Party with a "pull out the vote" effort, helped people fill out absentee ballot applications, but neglected to provide information about himself, as required by law, such as a signature. He was also present while a couple filled out their absentee ballots, which was not allowed under law because he was an agent of a political party. Civil penalty of $350. Ordered to comply with the law in the future.

Morris M 2002 2004 2006 2009-07 Vote Buying Circuit Court Judge Cletus Maricle, and seven others (Douglas C. Adams, Freddy W. Thompson, Stanley Bowling, Charles Wayne Jones, William Stivers, William Bart Morris and Debra L. Morris) were convicted in 2010 in a massive vote-buying scheme that ran through several elections. After a seven-week trial, the defendants were convicted on various charges they faced, which included vote-buying, mail fraud, extortion and money laundering. Several convicted major drug dealers testified during the trial about how easy it was to spread many thousands of dollars around to buy votes. Plea Deal: In 2010 sentenced to 20 years in prison.
