New Jersey Spencer Robbins M 2010 Woodbridge school board, General D 2014-02 Ineligible district voting 2 22 Spencer Robbins, a municipal judge in Woodbridge, Sayreville and South Plainfield, was charged in 2013 with two counts of third-degree voter fraud for voting in two 2010 elections in Woodbridge, where he had a law office, rather than in Chatham, where he lived. Robbins was a resident of Chatham when he voted in a Woodbridge school election on April 20, 2010, and in a general election in Woodbridge on November 2, 2010. The Middlesex County Board of Elections ruled in 2011 that Robbins, a registered Democrat, had been improperly voting in Woodbridge, using his Amboy Avenue legal office as his address. A month earler, a Home News Tribune investigation found that Robbins had voted in 22 elections and Democratic primaries in Woodbridge since 1998, even though he his home was in Chatham Township since 1995. The court accepted Robbins into Pre-Trial Intervention.
