Florida Joann Snelson F 2010 Registration fraud 20 Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 10 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or elections and 10 counts of submission of false voter registration information.
Washington Emnet Asalefew 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Ohio Ohio Organizing Collaborative 2015 Registration fraud Forgery In October 2015, the Ohio Secretary of State's office received reports from county boards of elections about suspicious voter registration forms submitted by employees of the Ohio Organizing Collaborative. Boards have described significant irregularities among the applications, including voter registration forms from persons who are deceased, voter registration forms with multiple names, address or identification mismatches, and voter registration update forms that appear to have been signed by someone other than the voter. Texas Sara Virginia Perales Tomasa Ramirez Chavez Bernice Garcia Margarita Rangel Ozuna Vicenta Guajardo Verino Facunda Banda Garcia F 2012-07 Democratic primary runoff D 2014-07 Absentee/mail Illegal assistance Sara Virginia Perales was one of six Cameron County politiqueras charged with voter fraud as a result of a multi-agency investigation into illicit voting activity surrounding the Democratic primary runoff in July 2012 that included federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. Indiana Randall Blue Artis M 2003 Democratic primary D 2006-03 Voter intimidation/coercion 7 Randall Blue Artis was charged with seven felony counts including inducing an East Chicago woman to vote outside of her home precinct and commit other voting violations in connection with the May 2003 Democratic mayoral primary in East Chicago.
