From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Texas Jose Picasso Salvador Vela 2010-05 Alton municipal Registration fraud Ineligible district voting Leading up to the 2010 Alton city election, 23 voters registered their residency at mayoral candidate Jose Picasso’s home on North Eagle Pass Street. In December 2012 two women were charged with illegal voting for falsely listing Picasso’s home as their residence to vote in the 2010 Alton election. Both were convicted. The city, which ran the 2010 election, found more than three dozen suspicious votes. Kansas Shawnee County - Name Unknown 2005 Absentee Ballot Fraud Voter Suppression Ballots were allegedly taken to a dark room and a flashlight was used to determine how they were marked. Oklahoma Election contest: Leon Pinson v. Leonard Washington 2015-03 Bristow municipal Ineligible district voting Election contest Bristow mayoral candidate Leon Pinson sued the Board of Elections and some voters over the March 3, 2015 municipal election, alleging the voters named defrauded the system by registering to vote in Bristow though they don’t live within city limits. Pinson lost the election to incumbent Leonard Washington by 12 votes. He asked for a recount; the Board of Elections said the results were the same. In the suit Pinson and his lawyer claims the defendants used their businesses as their address and that’s how they’re registered to vote. If that is true it is against the law. Connecticut Hector Robles Campaign D Registration Fraud A married couple alleged that they were registered as Democrats against their wishes. The State of Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigated the Hector Robles Campaign, which registered the voters. The case was dismissed because of insufficient of evidence, but is "subject to the Commission's right to reopen" if "new evidence is discovered." Dismissed, but case could be reopened if new evidence wsa discovered.

Georgia Wilkes County Board of Registrars Absentee Ballot Fraud The Wilkes County Board of Registrars accepted an absentee ballot when signature did not match. $100 civil penalty, given cease and desist order and public reprimand
