Vines’s co-conspirators acted as “runners,” illegally “assisting” voters in ﬁlling out their absentee ballots. In many cases, ballots were transported by the conspirators to Vines’s law oﬃce before being subsequently mailed. |Pennsylvania||Mario Grisom||M||2009-05||Registration Fraud||While working for ACORN, Latasha Leann Kinney was charged with forgery, solicitation, unsworn falsification, obstruction, interference and impersonation. Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr. said Mr. Grisom solicited a county elections office employee for a registration. The person filled out the form with everything but a name and social security number by way of testing what would happen, according to elections director Mark Wolosik. |Florida||Helen Elizabeth Exavier||F||Non-citizen voting||Helen Elizabeth Exavier was one of 15 non citizens charged with voting in various elections. Four of the defendants were also charged with making false claims of citizenship. Ten defendants were convicted, one was acquitted and charges against the remaining four defendants were dismissed.
