Arkansas Eric Fontain Cox (former Justice of the Peace and former school board member) M 2011 State House Primary, Runoff and General 2012-09 Absentee Ballot Fraud Eric Fontain Cox, Amos Sanders, Lisa Burns, Deshay Lorenzo Parker III and Leroy Grant were charged with using absentee ballots to defraud an election official during three special elections in 2011. Special Prosecuting Attorney H.G. Foster of Conway filed the charges after a nearly year-long investigation that resulted in four others, including former state lawmaker Hudson Hallum, pleading guilty in federal court to felony charges. Wisconsin Terry Krall M 2008-11 2009-12 Ineligible felon voting Terry Krall of Eau Claire was charged with voting illegally in the November 2008 election. Krall was a convicted felon who was on supervision at the time he voted. http://www.wqow.com/global/story.asp?s=11675731
Colorado Corrie Houck (former candidate for city council) F 2015 Denver municipal D 2016-01 Petition fraud Forgery 13 0 Corrie Houck was charged with 13 counts of forgery and perjury for forging signatures on her candidate petition. Houck, a Democrat who ran for Denver City Council District 2’s seat, allegedly knew about the forged signatures but signed off on the petition anyway.  More than half the signatures on Houck's petitions did not match the signatures on file for the voters named. Three voters listed on Houck's petitions were dead and had been for some time. Houck also submitted a signature for an election judge's mother, who is known to have Alzheimer's disease and her caretaker says she did not sign the petition. Washington James Windham Sr. M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. New York Michael LoPorto Anthony DiFiglio William McInerney Anthony Renna John Brown Clement Campana Gary Galuski Michael LoPorto Ed McDonough Kevin McGrath M 2009-09 Working Families Party Primary D Absentee/mail Democrat Troy City Councilman Michael LoPorto and County Democratic Elections Commissioner Edward McDonough were charged with second-degree forgery and criminal possession of forged documents. A county grand jury indicted them in January. The pair were among nine Democrats listed as people of interest in the probe. North Carolina Damien Omar Sullivan M 2008 Primary, General Non-citizen voting Registration fraud - non-citizen 2 Damien Omar Sullivan, a Jamaican citizen, admitted in court that he illegally registered to vote in North Carolina in 2005, and then illegally voted in the 2008 primary and general elections. However, Judge Ken Crow dismissed all charges on the basis that Sullivan did not intend to commit fraud. Texas Unknown impersonator F 2006 Impersonation 1 Linda Kay Hill, died Aug. 2, 2006, of a heart attack.
