Wisconsin Rep. Carolyn Paseneaux (former member of Congress) F 2000-08 Primary R 2000 Ineligible district voting Registration Fraud 2 Rep. Carolyn Paseneaux was arrested on two felony counts of voter fraud for allegedly listing an old address while voting. On an absentee ballot form, she listed an address of a home where she had not lived for more than a year. The four were accused of handling and tampering with absentee voter ballots stemming from the January 9, 2001, election for Ecorse City Council.
