North Carolina Adam David Burleson M 2012-10 2013-03 Ineligible felon registration 1 Adam David Burleson, of South Creek Road in Nebo, was indicted in March 2013 on one count of providing a false statement on a voter registration application in October 2012. Burleson falsely swore to a matter pertaining to an election that “I have not been convicted of a felony, or if I have been convicted of a felony, I have completed my sentence, including any probation or parole.” In fact, Burleson had been convicted of felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana in McDowell County on April 24, 2012, and was on probation for the felony when he registered.
Texas Frank Rose M 2009 Municipal Ineligible voting 1 1 Frank Rose was charged with one count of illegal voting by an ineligible voter (64.012) in a 2009 municipal election. Dismissed Henderson/Smith: 241-1683-11
Mississippi Dale Berry Dale Berry's name was included on a list by Mississippi Attorney General's Office.
Florida Benita Teal F Registration fraud 46 Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Teal was charged with 23 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or elections and 23 counts of submission of false voter registration information.
Texas Isabel Lisa Rice Gonzalez F 2005-05 School board Absentee/Mail Illegal assistance 2 2 Isabel Gonzalez pleaded* nolo contendre to 2 counts of absentee ballot fraud (TEC 86.006) in the 2005 school election. *Plea deal: 1 year deferred adjudication, 12 months community supervision, $500 fine Nueces: 05-CR-9808-3
Texas Gilbert Tejada M Gilbert Tejada was mailed a letter. No new violations were reported. Statue of limitations expired. Not charged.
New Jersey Jason Aviles M Jason Aviles was charged with voter fraud under NJSA 19:34-11. Fraudulent voting; interference with election or canvass; third degree crime.
Connecticut Lola Hailey F Absentee/Mail Hailey, a city employee, was accused of voting an absentee ballot when he could have voted in person. $200 fine and ordered to comply with the law in the future
Wisconsin Kimberly Prude F 2004 General Ineligible felon voting Kimberly Prude, a former felon who pleaded guilty to voter fraud after voting by absentee ballot in the 2004 general election. Jail
Kansas Johnson County - Names Unknown 2000 Absentee Ballot Fraud Forgery Impersonation Multiple cases of advance ballots challenged every election because of nonmatching signatures. Ballots challenged.
