Florida Lloyd George Palmer M Non-citizen voting Lloyd George Palmer was one of 15 non citizens charged with voting in various elections. Four of the defendants were also charged with making false claims of citizenship. Ten defendants were convicted, one was acquitted and charges against the remaining four defendants were dismissed. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Connecticut Eva Corrigan F Absentee/Mail Illegal Assistance Corrigan, who worked at a convalescent home, was accused of neglecting to provide information about herself, as required by law, such as her signature, when she helped people with their absentee ballot applications. Received a civil penalty of $100. Ordered to comply with the law in the future.
