Washington John Doe2 M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. New York Heidi Bessette Angela Gumbarevic F 2010 Democratic Primary for Sheriff D Petition Fraud 2 Heidi Bessette was accused of aiding Angela Gumbarevic, a candidate for Oneida County sheriff in 2010, with submitting false signatures in an attempt to get Gumbarevic's name on the ballot. Charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree. Acquitted on all counts following trial on September 8, 2011. Mississippi Minnie Saulsberry William Gregory Eason F 2003-08 Tallahatchie County run-off 2004-04 Vote buying/selling Voter intimidation/coercion Illegal assistance Minnie Saulsberry pleaded* guilty to conspiracy to commit voter fraud and voter fraud in the August 2003 Tallahatchie County District 5 Supervisor run-off election. Saulsberry was charged, along with Greg Eason, of buying absentee votes with cash and beer, coercing voters, and illegal assistance. Minnesota Mathew John Kluck M 2008-11 General 2011-11 Ineligible felon voting 1 1 Mathew John Kluck was charged with voting while ineligible in the November 2008 general election. Kluck was convicted and sentenced for the offense of identity theft. He was placed on probation. As part of the probation agreement, he was not allowed to vote. According to Dakota County Auditor's records, Kluck voted Nov. 4, 2008, while still on probation.
