Oklahoma Darryl Cates M D 2010-07 Absentee/Mail 5 Darryl Cates was accused of falsely notarizing absentee ballots. He reportedly received hundreds of absentee ballot applications from the Adair County Election Board for his unofficial voter drive and took them to people who requested them. Cates then reportedly helped them mail the ballots. Charged with 5 counts of False Notarization of Absentee Ballot. Cates pleaded guilty to 3 counts and 2 counts were dismissed. Texas Cynthis Pena F 2007 Municipal and School Ineligible Voting Registration Fraud 2 Cynthis Pena was charged with illegal voting as a result of helping register convicted felons who cast ballots in a 2007 municipal election and a school election.
