Virginia Jennifer Derrebery Adam Dustin Ward F 2011-12 Republican primary R Petition Fraud Perjury Forgery 2 0 Jennifer Derrebery, of Bassett, pleaded* guilty in Augusta County to felony counts of election fraud and perjury after falsifying hundreds of signatures on campaign petitions for Republican candidate Newt Gingrich in Virginia's 2012 presidential primary. Derrebery, working for election contractor Stillwater LLC, submitted signed and notarized forms to the Virginia Board of Elections containing roughly 400 signatures - nearly all of them fraudulent. Arkansas Scott Montgomery (sheriff and candidate) M 2008-05 Democratic Primary for Sheriff D Voter intimidation/coercion Sheriff Scott Montgomery faced allegations of political intimidation, including bribing people to change votes in a sheriff's race to receive favors and/or not receive punishment from law enforcement. Allegations regarded violations of the Political Practices Act related to the May 20, 2008 election for sheriff of Perry County.
