Among the residents whose mail-in ballots were thrown out by Judge Heidi Currier was a blind man, a resident who couldn't recall either her address or having voted, and others who testified that Leslie Dominguez-Rodriguez coerced them into voting for her husband, a candidate for Board of Education. Warrants have been obtained for a 39th person who can't be located. |Illinois||Unidentified (multiple)||2016-03||Primary||Absentee/mail||4||A voter fraud investigation is underway after a Washington Park voter showed up to cast her ballot early in the March 2016 primary to find someone had already submitted a mail-in ballot under her name. The St. Clair County State’s Attorney received credible information that at least four voters attempted to vote early in person only to find that someone had voted by mail already under his or her name. Two voters also reported being asked to provide blank ballots by individuals in the East St. Louis area. In addition, state’s attorney’s investigators have confirmed that four applications for mail-in ballots are invalid because the address listed on the application is of an abandoned house. The county clerk’s office has denied the application for those ballots and removed those registrations from the voter rolls. The sites are all within the area of two contest primary races: County Board District 2 and Canteen Precinct 3.||http://www.bnd.com/news/local/article64566302.html|
