Connecticut Maricelys Maldonado F Registration Fraud Maricelys Maldonado was accused of forging 80 voter registration cards to fulfill her duties for the regional Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration. Maldonado was hired to register people to vote, but admitted to taking names from the phone book to complete her work. Maldonado admitted to the State of Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission that she forged the cards. Ordered to write letters of apology to 13 Connecticut towns and pay a $2,000 civil penalty.

Oregon Juanita Donaldson F 2004-04 Petition Fraud Juanita Donaldson submitted signatures for a petition where 80 percent were invalid. Several signers claimed not to have signed. Washington Richard Martin M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Oregon Terence John Finch M 2003-04 Non-citizen voting 2 Terence John Finch, a non-citizen, allegedly voted illegally in Oregon while living in Lebanon. Charged with 1 count of making false statements under election laws, a Class C felony, and 1 count of voting when not qualified, a Class A misdemeanor. Pleaded guilty to 1 count of False Information and voting when not qualified. Also claimed to have sat on at least one jury trial. Claimed to have voted by mail for "several years."
