Tennessee Gayle Copeland F Registration Fraud 11 Gayle Copeland was accused of 11 counts of illegal voter registration, false entries, criminal impersonation and food stamp fraud. One count each of illegal registration, false entries and criminal impersonation were dismissed, as well as three counts of food stamp fraud. Copeland pleaded guilty to and was charged with two counts of illegal registration or voting, one count of criminal impersonation and one count of food stamp fraud. 2 years suspension and restitution in the amount of $4,694 to the Department of Human Services. Washington Irene Curtiss F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Harvey was accused of accepting $2,000 to pay for votes. Indicted on one count of conspiracy to buy votes. Bishop, of Jefferson County, Washington, reportedly signed the outside envelopes of two ballots in a 2005 election; one for herself and one for Randy S. Harder. There was no proof she intended to vote twice, so criminal charges were not filed. Champion was convicted of scheming to buy votes in the November 2006 election by using public funds to improve driveways and build bridges on private property. Wisconsin Stephen Wroblewski M 2008-11 General D 2010 Absentee/mail Impersonation 1 0 Stephen Wroblewski pleaded guilty to Providing False Information to Obtain Absentee Ballot (Misdemeanor) after obtaining an absentee ballot in his late-wife’s name in order to “fulfill her dying wish” to vote for Obama. Florida Lilkevia Williams 2010 Registration fraud 68 In Miami, Florida, former ACORN voter registration canvassers Maurice Childress, Kashawn John, Liltovia Rhodes, Carlos Torres, Evangeline Williams, Lilkevia Williams, and Richard Williams, were all convicted of “false swearing in an election.” Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 34 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or Elections and 34 counts of submission of false voter registration information.
