Meyerhofer because he reportedly registered and voted for the first time on Election Day without photo identification, and the United States Post Office returned a verification letter sent to his address as undeliverable. His identity was later verified, according to a New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigation. Florida Antionette Nowells Anthony Grant James Randolph F 2015-03 Eatonville municipal 2016-03 Absentee/mail Voter intimidation/coercion 25 Mia Antionette Nowells, Eatonville Mayor Anthony Grant, and James Randolph were indicted on 25 felony voter fraud charges for coercing voters and submitting illegally obtained absentee ballots in the March 2015 mayoral election in which Grant was elected. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Indiana Armondo Vera M Absentee Ballot Fraud Impersonation Ineligible district voting 3 Armondo Vera, a Parks Department employee, was charged as part of a fraud case brought by the Lake County Joint Voter Task Force that ultimately overturned the result of the 2003 East Chicago Democratic mayoral primary. Vera was charged with 1 count of fraudulent application for ballots, 1 count voting in other precinct, and 1 count of voting in false name. Vera pleaded guilty to voting in other precinct, a felony. Other counts dismissed. 6 months in the department of corrections and 13 months probation
