Georgia Mohammad Shafiq M 2012 County Sheriff Race 2012 Registration fraud 2 0 Mohammad Shafiq pleaded* guilty to two counts of voter fraud for altering information on two voter registration cards that weren’t his own. Shafiq dropped off numerous voter registration cards at the county elections office in 2012; two were proven fraudulent. Mississippi Jerry Huck Childers M 2007 Democratic primary, Runoff Vote Buying 3 Jerry Huck Childers was charged with 1 count of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, 1 count of bribery and 1 count of voter fraud in a vote buying scheme. Pleaded guilty to voter fraud. Florida Kashawn John 2010 Registration fraud 4 In Miami, Florida, former ACORN voter registration canvassers Maurice Childress, Kashawn John, Liltovia Rhodes, Carlos Torres, Evangeline Williams, Lilkevia Williams, and Richard Williams, were all convicted of “false swearing in an election.” Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 2 counts false swearing in connection with voting and 2 counts of submission of false voter registration information. Washington Winnie Wing Yee NG Harline Hai Lien Ng F 2004-11 2005-06 Multiple Voting Absentee/Mail - Impersonation Forgery 1 Harline Hai Lien Ng and her daughter, Winnie Wing Yee NG, allegedly signed and sent her deceased husband's absentee ballot. Pleaded and the sentence was deferred. New Jersey Unknown impersonator Absentee/Mail Impersonation Mark Allen went to his polling place to vote in person. Upon checking in, he was told that an absentee ballot had already been submited in his name. Mr. Allen indicated he had not requested an absentee ballot, nor had he voted using one.
